This procedure provides a safe route for reporting suspected wrongdoing within Pure Veritas. Employees, contractors and other involved parties may make a report.
1. What you can report
You may report a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing involving a public interest, such as fraud, corruption, a breach of law, a serious risk to the quality of our services or a danger to safety and health.
2. Internal report
Reports can be made confidentially to info@pureveritas.nl with the subject “Confidential report” or directly to management. Describe the facts as specifically as possible and attach relevant documents. Anonymous reporting is possible where necessary.
3. Protection of the reporter
We handle reports confidentially and protect the reporter’s identity as far as possible. A reporter acting in good faith will not be disadvantaged because of the report. Misuse of this procedure is not permitted.
4. Investigation and feedback
We acknowledge receipt within seven days and assess whether an investigation is needed. We inform the reporter about progress and, where possible, the outcome within a reasonable period.
5. External report
You may report externally to the competent authority where an internal report is not appropriate, where you reasonably expect insufficient follow-up or where the law permits it.
